We currently deliver to all governorates within Egypt.
International shipping is not available at this time.

🚚 A standard delivery fee maybe calculated at checkout based on your location
🛍️ Pick Up from Store
You can choose to pick up your order from our store at no additional cost.
Simply select “Pick Up from Store” at checkout.
📍 Store Pickup Hours:

Weekdays (Sunday to Thursday): 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM

Weekends (Friday & Saturday): 10:00 AM – 12:00 AM
You will receive an email and/or SMS when your order is ready for pickup, usually within 24–48 hours.
3. Delivery Timelines

Cairo & Giza: Within 1–3 business days

Delivery and pickup times may vary during holidays or sales.
4. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24 hours, excluding Fridays and national holidays.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier will attempt delivery twice.

If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us, and our team will contact you to reschedule or cancel the order if needed.
