Refund policy

At Beymen Egypt, we are committed to providing a luxurious and satisfying shopping experience. This Return and Refund Policy complies with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 and the regulations set by the Consumer Protection Agency (CPA).


1. Return Eligibility

You may request to return your order within 14 days from the delivery date if:

  • The item is in original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all original packaging, labels, and tags attached.

  • The product has not been used, damaged, or altered in any way.

  • The return request is submitted within the allowed time frame.

  • The item is not part of the excluded product list (see Section 2).

Your right to return is guaranteed under Article 17 of the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law.


2. Non-Returnable Products

In line with CPA regulations and industry standards, the following products cannot be returned under any circumstances unless defective:

  • Items with Final Sale Badge

  • Jewelry (including earrings)

  • Bags

  • Swimwear & underwear

  • Evening gowns

  • Customized or tailored items

  • Items missing original packaging, tags, or labels


3. How to Request a Return

To start a return:

  1. Log in to your account at https://beymen.eg

  2. Go to "My Orders" and select the order you wish to return

  3. Click "Request a Return", choose the reason, and submit your request

  4. Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days


4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, return shipping is free.

  • For change-of-mind returns, the shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

  • All returns must be sent via our authorized courier.


5. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used — either credit/debit card or website credit.

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is complete.


6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available only for full-price items.

  • We do not offer exchanges for discounted or sale items.

  • To exchange a full-price item, please place a new order and return the original item according to this policy.


7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide your order number and clear photos to info@beymen.com.eg.

  • We will arrange a free return and issue a full refund or replacement based on your preference.


8. Legal Compliance

This policy complies with:

  • Article 17 of Law No. 181 of 2018 – Right to return products within 14 days if unused

  • Article 19 – Obligation to refund or replace defective goods

  • CPA regulations for online transactions
